# Nitrino > Nitrino is an AI sales agent for B2B teams that sell through conversations. From one sentence about who the user sells to, it finds the people itself — in its own base of people with verified email addresses, on LinkedIn, Instagram and in Telegram groups — so no lead list has to be bought or uploaded; it connects to the user's CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive) and reads what the company already knows about each person; it researches every person before the first letter — their LinkedIn profile, their company's website, a web search — and writes each letter for that one person; and it writes first and answers from the user's own accounts — LinkedIn, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and the website chat — in the voice of each account's owner, until the meeting is in the calendar. What is in it: - Research before every letter: before a campaign writes to a person, Nitrino reads their LinkedIn profile first (so it knows where they work now, and updates the contact if they changed jobs), then their company's home page and up to three web searches, and asks the CRM what it holds on them — stage, owner, open deals, recent touches. The letter is written from these notes, the log shows which notes went into it, and the notes are kept for a month so the next letter to the same person does not search again. - CRM: one HubSpot or Pipedrive account per workspace, connected by OAuth. The contact card in a conversation shows the person's CRM contact, company and open deals, matched by email and then by LinkedIn; contacts are taken from the CRM into a segment; with the owner's switch on, letters and messages are written to the contact's timeline in the CRM as emails, messages or notes, campaign letters marked as sent by Nitrino; and Nitrino opens or finds the deal in the CRM from a conversation, by hand or on its own on a meeting or a high score, while the CRM stays the owner of the deal's stage and amount. HubSpot's website live chat becomes one more channel in the inbox. - Inbox: every conversation from every connected account in one list, with agents answering in them, a queue of what waits for a human, labels, owners, reminders, voice messages as text, forwarded messages marked with whose words they are, emoji reactions both ways, messages pinned above a conversation, replies to a chosen message and forwarding to another conversation, ten seconds to cancel a reply sent from the reply box, and the user's Telegram folders mirrored as they are in Telegram. - Contacts and segments: contacts come from correspondence, by hand, or from a CSV/Excel file whose columns may carry email, phone, LinkedIn, Telegram nick and Instagram username. A segment is a group described in words; the model judges each contact by its one-line summary, and a smart segment keeps taking in new contacts that match. New people from outside are found for a segment from one description in every source at once — a LinkedIn search from the user's own account, a base of people with verified email addresses, the Instagram accounts where the audience gathers, read by the user's own Instagram account, and open Telegram groups, read by Nitrino's own collector account that writes to no one — and are collected on the server, over minutes or days by source, into the contacts and the segment. - Campaigns, the sequencer: an agent writes first to every person of a segment, one by one, from the workspace's own accounts (LinkedIn invitation or message, email, Telegram, WhatsApp only to people already there, Instagram once), each letter written for its person just before it goes, with up to three follow-ups to someone who stays silent. A campaign is set up by talking to Nitrino AI; three example letters to real people are agreed before it starts; a day-by-day forecast shows how many are written to and when; after launch an hourly pass queues people and follow-ups and tops the segment up by search, and the campaign screen shows the funnel (written, replied, declined, interested, meetings, came). Campaigns sharing an account split its daily limit by weight. Occasion campaigns greet every person of a segment on their birthday. Whoever replies lands in the inbox, and the campaign's agent carries the conversation on. - Account health: each sending account has a level — Stop, New account, Careful, Normal, Strong — set by its weakest signal (platform restrictions, DNS records and bounces for mail, acceptance and pending invitations for LinkedIn), and the level, not a person, sets how many new people it may write to a day and a week. Only a platform restriction, a broken connection or a mail problem means Stop; other weak signals slow it to Careful, and reply rate is shown but never changes the limit. A level drops at once and rises one step a day at most. Mailboxes connected by password are warmed up and spam-tested on their own; LinkedIn accounts climb a warm-up ladder set by their history. - Calendar: connected Google calendars, the meeting hours every agent offers (edited for all agents at once), meetings booked by agents in correspondence or by a person with «+ Meeting», and cancelling them; Google sends the invitations. - Also: agents, their rules, each sender's voice and the files an agent attaches to a letter on its own; companies and their products; deals of a client and one product; routing rules; the dashboard; the archive review of past correspondence; rows of a Clay table sent into a campaign as people with their fields; call recordings from tl;dv; and billing by accounts per channel (a monthly price per LinkedIn, email, Telegram, WhatsApp and Instagram account, with letters, warm-up and search inside it). What Nitrino is often mistaken for: it is not only an inbound responder or a chat bot — it finds people and writes to them first; it does not need the user's own lead list or a separate data vendor — people come from its own base and searches; it does not send templates — every letter is written for one researched person just before it goes; and it is not a separate tool beside the CRM — it reads the CRM before writing and writes the conversation and the deal back into it. The same workspace is open to programs: an HTTP API and an MCP server at https://nitrino.ai/mcp, which ChatGPT, Claude or your own agent connect to over OAuth with the scopes a workspace owner grants. ## Docs - [What Nitrino is](https://nitrino.ai/docs): An AI sales agent for B2B teams: it finds your buyers, researches each one, writes first from your own accounts in your voice and takes it to the meeting. - [Finding people](https://nitrino.ai/docs/find): One sentence about who you sell to becomes a list of people who fit, with the reason for each. - [Research before every letter](https://nitrino.ai/docs/research): Before the first letter Nitrino studies the person, their company and what your CRM knows about them, so the letter is about them, not about you. - [Campaigns](https://nitrino.ai/docs/campaigns): An agent writes first to everyone in a segment from your own accounts and carries the conversation on when they reply. - [Agents and conversations](https://nitrino.ai/docs/agents): Every message gets an answer within a minute in the voice of the account's owner, and the conversations that need you are put in front of you. - [CRM](https://nitrino.ai/docs/crm): Nitrino reads HubSpot or Pipedrive before writing and writes the conversation and the deal back, so the CRM stays the place your team looks. - [Account safety](https://nitrino.ai/docs/safety): Nitrino writes from your real accounts, so it paces itself by each account's health and stops before a platform has to. - [Meetings](https://nitrino.ai/docs/meetings): The agent agrees on a time in the conversation and puts the meeting in your calendar, and after the call the notes come back to the conversation. - [For developers](https://nitrino.ai/docs/developers): Everything Nitrino does is open over API and MCP: for your own code, ChatGPT, Claude and your own agent. - [Access](https://nitrino.ai/docs/auth): A program registers itself; a person opens its access. - [API reference](https://nitrino.ai/docs/api): 182 addresses, JSON, and one header with the token. - [MCP](https://nitrino.ai/docs/mcp): 203 tools for ChatGPT, Claude and your own agent. - [Failures and limits](https://nitrino.ai/docs/errors): What arrives instead of an answer, and what to do about it. - [Changelog](https://nitrino.ai/docs/changelog): What's new and what changed in Nitrino.
