Agents and conversations
Every message gets an answer within a minute in the voice of the account's owner, and the conversations that need you are put in front of you.
All conversations from all connected accounts — LinkedIn, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and your website chat — sit in one inbox. An agent answers where the person wrote, day and night, and leads the conversation toward the goal you gave it: a call, a demo or a deal.
Your voice
Nitrino learns how each sender writes from their past correspondence in that channel: length, tone, greetings, words. A voice can also be taken from a colleague or written from your description. The person on the other side talks to you, not to a template.
What the agent knows and where it stops
You give the agent its goal, its rules and what it may say about your products, prices and terms. It attaches your files, such as a deck or a case study, on its own. What it is not sure of, or what should be yours to decide, goes to the “needs a human” queue, and you get a notification. You can switch the agent off in any conversation or on any account, and review its drafts before they go.
Also in the inbox
Conversations that went quiet are revived by the agent itself. Voice messages arrive as text. There are labels, owners, reminders, rules that hand a conversation to the right person, your Telegram folders as they are in Telegram, and a deal opened right from a conversation.
