Campaigns
An agent writes first to everyone in a segment from your own accounts and carries the conversation on when they reply.
You set a campaign up by talking to Nitrino: who it is for, what you offer and what it leads to — a demo, a call or a sale. Nitrino suggests the channels and the order of touches, writes three example letters to real people from the segment, and starts only after you approve them.
Channels and steps
A campaign writes on LinkedIn (an invitation or a message), by email, on Telegram, on WhatsApp (only to people you already talk to there) and on Instagram (once). If a person stays silent, it follows up as many as three times, each time with a new reason to answer. If you already work in GetSales or SmartLead, LinkedIn and email can go through them.
What stays with you
- A forecast by day before launch: how many people get a letter, and when.
- At the start letters wait for your review. Once you trust them, the campaign sends on its own.
- Any letter in the queue can be approved, rewritten, skipped or recalled.
- Pause and resume at any time. An account the platform restricts stops writing on its own.
After launch
Every hour the campaign queues the next people and follow-ups, and tops the segment up by search when it runs low. The campaign screen shows the funnel: written, replied, declined, interested, meetings, came. Campaigns on one account split its daily limit by weight. Occasion campaigns greet every person in a segment on their birthday.
