Everything Nitrino does is open over API and MCP: for your own code, ChatGPT, Claude and your own agent.

Over the API you read and run correspondence, build segments and find new people for them, set up and launch campaigns, and read account health, the calendar, deals and dashboard numbers. Over MCP a model does the same — in ChatGPT, in Claude or in your own agent.

Three steps

  1. Connect the program: a connector by the MCP address, or your own code over OAuth.
  2. Get consent — the workspace owner or an admin gives it.
  3. Call /api/v1 and check which workspace you were let into.

Messages leave through the queue

The answer to a send means queued, not delivered. The workspace's own queue hands it over — with its pace, working hours and per-account limits.
