Meetings

The agent agrees on a time in the conversation and puts the meeting in your calendar, and after the call the notes come back to the conversation.

Connect Google Calendar and set meeting hours once for all agents. When a person is ready to talk, the agent offers free times and books the slot, and Google sends the invitation with a Meet link. People can also book through a public Cal.com link, and you can add a meeting yourself.

After the call

With tl;dv connected, the call recording becomes a short summary in the conversation of everyone who actually spoke on it, and the agent's next letter takes it into account. The dashboard counts meetings booked and meetings that took place.
