Research before every letter

Before the first letter Nitrino studies the person, their company and what your CRM knows about them, so the letter is about them, not about you.

A letter that could have gone to anyone gets ignored. So before writing, Nitrino builds short notes about the person and writes the letter from them, for that one person, just before it goes.

What it reads

  1. Their LinkedIn profile first: where they work now and in what role. If they changed jobs, the contact is updated.
  2. Their company's website: what the company does and what it is busy with now.
  3. Up to three web searches: a fresh round, a launch, hiring, news.
  4. Your CRM, if connected: the stage, the owner, open deals and the last touches with this person.
  5. Fields you brought yourself, such as columns from Clay or from your file.

You see what a letter is built on

Each example letter shows the notes it was written from, and the letter's log remembers which of them went into the text. Notes are kept for a month: the next letter to the same person, from any campaign, reads them instead of searching again.

When there is nothing to find

Research adds to a letter; it does not hold it up. If a site does not open or a search finds nothing, the letter is written from what is known. If the LinkedIn profile cannot be read today because the account's daily allowance is spent, the letter waits for tomorrow instead of going out blind.
