One person in every channel

A person who moves from LinkedIn to email or WhatsApp stays one person with one history, and the agent answers with all of it in mind.

Nitrino keeps one card and one conversation per person, not per channel. When someone answers your LinkedIn message by email, or asks to continue on WhatsApp, the agent sees everything said so far in every channel and replies in the channel of the latest message.

How profiles are joined

  1. On their own only by an exact match of address or profile, never by a name or a signature. When both the email and the LinkedIn profile match, the card says it was joined and why.
  2. An address the person gives in a message, such as their work email, is offered for the card in one click.
  3. “Same person” joins two cards by hand, and “Split” undoes it. A pair you split is never joined again on its own.
  4. Evidence that points both ways is never joined on its own: it waits for you.

After a join

A draft that was waiting is rewritten with the whole history in view, so the next letter does not repeat what was said in another channel.

Who sees what

An employee sees the conversations of their own channels and the ones assigned to them. The owner and admins see everything.
