From one sentence to a meeting
The whole path step by step, the limits Nitrino holds to, how to test it on your own accounts, and two weeks free with the code word AGENTTEST.
This is what happens between the sentence you type and the meeting in your calendar.
- You describe who you sell to in one sentence in the chat. A segment fills up from Nitrino's base of people with verified email addresses, a LinkedIn search from your account, Instagram, open Telegram groups and your CRM.
- Before the first letter to a person, Nitrino reads their LinkedIn profile, their company's website, a web search and your CRM. The letter is written from these notes, and the log shows which ones went into it.
- You set up the campaign in a chat and agree on three example letters to real people from the segment. A day-by-day forecast shows how many people will be written to and when.
- The campaign writes to people one by one from your team's accounts, each in its owner's voice. Before a letter goes, its claims about the person and their company are checked against the notes, and a letter that still says more than the notes support is not sent. Someone who stays silent gets up to three reminders, by default after 3, 5 and 7 days.
- Whoever replies is taken over by the agent in any channel, until the meeting is in your calendar. The campaign stops writing to that person.
Limits
- Email goes only to addresses verified as deliverable. A bounce stops that address, not the person.
- WhatsApp only to people you have already talked to there. Instagram gets one message and no reminders.
- How many new people an account writes to is set by its health level, not by the plan. A manual limit can only lower it.
- “Don't write to me” stops the whole team from writing to that person first. On “not interested” the agent asks why or who else to talk to, instead of pushing.
- Discounts, contracts and other terms stay with you. With no free slot in the calendar the agent calls you instead of guessing.
How to test it before you trust it
- Connect one account in each channel you use and wait for the first lesson of the voice.
- In “Check the voice”, write the hardest messages your clients have actually sent you and read the answers.
- Run one narrow segment of a few hundred people with the first ten letters under your review, and read every letter.
- Judge by meetings that took place, not by letters sent or replies.
